IMPORTANT •Do not pull the jammed paper forward from the cassette. It may cause a machine malfunction. •Do not pull the jammed paper upward; the toner on the paper will stain the machine and cause a permanent reduction in print quality. ADJUSTING WAITING TO SCAN Cause The machine is not ready for copying because you have just connected the power cord to the machine. Remedy Wait for a while. Remedy Divide the document and copy each part separately. Cause 2 You tried to reserve more than 11 copy jobs. Remedy The machine can store up to 10 copy jobs in memory. Wait until the current copy job completes, or use [Status Monitor] to delete the reserved copy jobs in memory. PRINTER DATA ERROR Cause When you canceled a job being...
