Loading Envelopes
Use either European DL or US Comm. Env. #10-sized envelope.
„ Loading Envelopes in the Rear Tray
1Prepare the envelopes.
zPress down on all four corners and edges  of the envelopes to flatten them.
z If the envelopes are curled, hold the opposite cor ners and gently twist them in the opposite 
direction.
z If the flap of an envelope is curled, flatten it.
z If the leading edge of an envelope is puffed up  or curled, use a pen to press the envelope

(1)Load the envelope against the Cover Guide 
(the right side of the Paper Support). Load with 
the address side facing UP and the rear flaps 
DOWN on the left. Up to 10 envelopes can be 
loaded at once.

left side of the envelope.

(3)Press the  Paper Feed Switch  so that the Rear Tray lamp lights up.

1Extend the Cassette.

You can use 4 x 6 / 101.6 x 152.4 mm, 5 x 7 / 127.0 x 177.8 mm, and Credit card-sized papers..
