Roll Holder Set
Load a roll on the roll holder and then load the holder in the printer. The Roll Holder in the Roll Holder Set RH2-25 is for
use with both 2-inch and 3-inch paper cores. Use the correct attachment for the particular paper core. For borderless
printing on A1 (594 mm) or A2 (420 mm) rolls, attach the included Spacer for Borderless Printing to the Roll Holder.  (See " Loading Rolls on the Roll Holder .")

Use a coin or screwdriver to loosen the screws (a) on
both sides of the back of the Roll Feed Unit, and remove
the screws.

Holding the Roll Feed Unit by the Carrying Handles (a),
insert the two pins of the Roll Feed Unit (b) into the
each hole on the back of the printer (c).2
 
Use a coin or screwdriver to tighten the two screws on
the back of the Roll Feed Unit (a) to secure it to the print-

Loading Sheets in the Top Paper Feed Slot

Load one sheet, printing-side up, in the Top Paper Feed
Slot.
Insert the paper until it touches the far end of the tray light- ly.
Important•If you load a sheet larger than A2, the sheet may fall behind the printer under its own weight. Put your hand underthe sheet to support it and prevent it from falling.

•If it is difficult to load rolls from the front of the printer, load them from the back of the printer.4

Set the leading edge of one sheet, printing-side up, on
the Front Tray Guides, and insert the sheet in the Front Paper Feed Slot, keeping it level.
Important•When you insert the sheet in the Front Paper Feed Slot, keep the sheet level, relative to the paper feed slot. Failureto do this may scratch the printing surface.4
 
As you look inside the Top Cover, insert the leading
edge of the sheet between the Platen and Paper Re-
