4 Close the cover.
 zLower the cover (1) and hold it down as 
you slide the switch, until it clicks into the 
closed position (2).
5 Connect the power cord.
 zInsert one end of the power cord into the 
compact power adapter, and then plug 
the other end into a power outlet.
 z Turn the camera on and use it as desired.
 zWhen finished, turn the camera off and 
unplug the power cord from the outlet.

 zCA-DC30 : Flip out the plug (1) and plug 
the compact power adapter into a power 
outlet (2).

compact power adapter, then plug the

or photo printing services by connecting the camera to a PictBridge-
compatible printer with a cable.
A Canon SELPHY CP printer is used in this example of PictBridge

Configuring Print Settings

1 Access the printing screen.
 zFollow steps 1 – 5 in “Easy Print” 
(= 175) to access this screen.
2 Configure the settings.

Choosing Paper Size and Layout before Printing

 ●Not all of your DPOF settings may be applied in printing by the 
printer or photo development service, in some cases.
 ●[] may be displayed on the camera to warn you that the 
memory card has print settings that were configured on another 
camera. Changing the print settings using this camera may 
overwrite all previous settings.
 ● Specifying [Index] will prevent you from choosing [On] for both 
[Date] and [File No.] at the same time.

Clearing All Images from the Print List
