202 Dust entering the camera can adhere to the image sensor and cause dust spots to be visible on the captured images. To erase these dust spots, you can append the Dust Delete Data to the images. The Dust Delete Data is used by Digital Photo Professional (EOS software, p.314) to erase the dust spots automatically. Prepare a solid white object such as a sheet of paper.
