    container.
If you are filling the container for the first time ,2/3 of its volume with water.

There is a ring on the container with an arrow on it (see Figure to the side), if
ne cessary, rotate the ring in the anticlockwise directi on from the "-" Se tting
towards the "+" sign, based on the hardness of the water being used.It is
recommended that adjustments should be made in accordance with the following:1
    2
1 . The salt conta iner mus t be r efilled wh en th e salt warning light comes on .Tho ugh the salt c ontainer is fille d
enough, the indicator light may not black out before the salt fully dissolves.
2.If there is a salt spillage, run the soak programme to remove the excess.
Contact your local water board for information on the hardness of your water supply.
The hardness of the water varies from place to place. If hard water is used inthe dishwasher, deposits will form on the dishes
    and utensils.
The appliance is equipped with a special softener that uses a salt specifically designed to eliminate limescale from the water.
The dishwasher is designed to allow for adjustments of the amount of salt consumed based on the hardness of the
    water used.
There are two ways to reduce the hardness: one way is using water softener, the other is using
    detergent.water
If your model does not have water softener, you may skip this section.

    of reach of children.
IF THE WATER ISN 'T TOO HARD, Y OU MAY ALSO P REVENT T HE FO RMATION OF DEPOSITS BY AD DING DETE RGENT.
The amount of detergent needed can vary due to differences in water hardness. To determine the water hardne ss in your area,
contact your local or area water softening company. The harder the water, the more detergent you may need.
Re member, you should a djust the amount of detergent y ou use by small amou nts until you find the correct amount. water utility.

Remove all metal dishware, such as cutlery, pans, etc.,
    fr om the dishwa sher.
    Do not add detergent.
Pour two cups of vinegar into a bowl and set the bowl face
up on the lower rack of the dishwasher.
Run the dishes through a normal wash programme.
If this doe sn't work , try the s ame proc ess with 1 / 4 cup of
citric acid crystals instead of vinegar.
Use only detergent spec ifica lly made for use in dishwashers.
Keep your dete rgent fre sh and dry. Don't put powde r det erge nt
into the dispen ser u ntil you' re re ady t o wa sh dishes.
The rinse aid is released during the final rinse to prevent water
from forming droplets on your dishes that can leave spots and
s treak s. It also impro ves d rying by allowing water to "ru n" o ff
    the dishes.
Your dishwasher is designed to use liquid rinse aids. The
rinse aid dispenser is located inside the door next to the
detergent dispenser. To fill the dispenser, open the cap and
pour the rinse aid into the dispenser until the level indicator
turns completely black. The dispenser holds about 100 ml of
    liquid rinse aid.
Be careful not to overfill the dispenser, because this could
cause . Wipe away any spills with a damp cloth.
Don't forget to replace the cap before you close the dishwasher
    door.
If you have soft water, you may not need rinse aid as it may
cause a white film to develop on your dishes.

DO NOT ADD TO MUCH DET ER GEN T - TH IS W ILL P REVENT THE FORMATION O F DE POS ITS B ECAUSE YOUR DISHWASHER HAS
    SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED WATER SOFTENERS.
Heavily soiled wash loads require more detergent. The dispenser must be refilled before the start of each wash cycle following the instructions provided in the" Wash Cycle
Table".Your dishwashers than conventional dishwashers. Generally, only o ne ta bles poon of
detergent is needed for a normal wash load. Always add the detergent just
before starting the dishwasher, otherwise it could get damp and will not dissolve properly. use less detergent and rinse aid
T o op en t he dispen ser, turn the c ap to the "open" (left)

Pour the rinse aid into the dispenser, being careful not to

Repla ce t he cap by inse rting it aligne d with "op en" arrow
a nd t urnin g it to the closed (right) ar row.
A measured amount of rinse aid is released during the final rinse. As with detergent, the amount
of rinse aid needed for your dishes depends on the hardness of the water in your area. Too much
rinse aid can result in foaming and cause cloudiness or steaks on your dishes. If the
water in your area is very soft, you may not need rinse aid. If you do, you can dilute t he rinse a id
with an equal amount of water.
The rinse aid dispenser has six settings. Always start with the dispenser set on " 1 ". If spots and
poor drying are problems, increase the amount of rinse aid dispensed by removing the dispenser
lid and rotating the dial to "2". If the dishes still are not drying properlyor are spotted, adjust the
dial to the next higher number until your dishes are spot-free. We suggest you to set on "4" .

If there is no rinse aid warning light in the control panel, you can judge theamount of rinse aid by the following means. The
black dot on the rinse aid dispenser indicates the amount of rinse aid in thedispenser. As the rinse aid diminishes, the size of
the black dot decreases. You should never let the rinse aid get below 1 / 4 full.

The upper basket is designed to hold more delicate and lighter dishware such as glasses, cups and saucers, as well
as plates, small bowls and shallow pans(as long as they are not too dirty).
Position the dishes and cookware so that they do not get moved by the spray ofwater.
The upper basket can be adjusted for height by putting the wheels into the desire d rail s.
We recommend that you place large items which are more difficult to clean into the lower basket: pots, pans, lids,
serving dishes and bowls, as shown in the figure blow.
It is preferable to place serving dishes and lids on the side of the basket inorder to avoid blocking the rotation of the
    top spray arm.
Pots, serv ing bowls , etc, mus t always be plac ed face down.
Deep pots should be slanted to allow water to flow out.
The bottom basket features a fold down flap so that large pots and pans can beloaded.
