You must ensure the following: a correctly configured IP address for your FAX/MFC, an E-mail address for your FAX/MFC, the mail server(s) IP address, mailbox name and password for your Brother FAX/MFC. If you have already programmed the addresses of the Internet Fax addresses into the FAX/MFC as a One Touch or Speed Dial, you can send the Internet Fax in the same way as you would send a normal fax.
