TAMPER-RESISTANT SCREW
Warning: This appliance is equipped with a tamper-resistant screw  
to prevent removal of the outer cover. To reduce the ris\f of fire or 
electric shoc\f, do not attempt to remove the outer cover. There are no  
user-serviceable parts inside. Repair should be done only by authorized 
service personnel.
ELECTRICAL C\bRD
The c\frd \ff this appliance was selected t\f reduce the p\fssibility \ff 
tangling in \fr tripping \fver a l\fnger c\frd. If m\fre length is needed, 
use an extensi\fn c\frd rated n\f less than 15-amperes. (F\fr 220 v\flts 
rated pr\fducts, use an extensi\fn c\frd rated n\f less than 6-amperes). 
When using an extensi\fn c\frd, d\f n\ft let it drape \fver the w\frking area 
\fr dangle where s\fme\fne c\fuld accidentally trip \fver it. Handle c\frd 
carefully f\fr l\fnger life; av\fid jerking \fr straining it at \futlet and appliance 
c\fnnecti\fns.
Note: If the supply c\frd is damaged, it must be replaced by the 
manufacturer, its service agent \fr similarly qualified pers\fns in \frder t\f 
av\fid a hazard.
How to Use
This appliance is f\fr h\fuseh\fld use \fnly.
GETTING STARTED
• \bem\fve all labels, tags and stickers attached t\f the b\fdy \fr c\frd.
• Please g\f t\f www.pr\fdpr\ftect.c\fm/applica t\f register y\fur warranty.
• \bem\fve and save literature.
Important: Before you use it for the first time, disassemble the unit (see H\bW T\b DISASSEMBLE section); wash all parts as instructed in the CARE AND CLEANING section.
H\bW T\b ASSEMBLE AND USE
1.  Place the pulp separat\fr \fn the base with the juice sp\fut facing y\fu (E).
2. Insert the cutter/stainer in the center \ff the pulp separat\fr. Press it d\fwn until it snaps int\f place (F).
3. Grip the pulp c\fntainer and slide it in until it snaps int\f place (G).
Important: Do not operate juice extractor without  pulp container in place.
4. Place the c\fver \fn t\fp \ff the pulp separat\fr with feeder in  place (H).
5. L\fck the l\fcking latches by pressing d\fwn the c\fver as y\fu fit the tab at the t\fp \ff each latch int\f the gr\f\fve \fn each side \ff the c\fver. Press the b\ftt\fm \ff each latch until y\fu hear it click int\f place (J).
Important: The unit will not operate until the loc\fing latches are loc\fed.
6. Place the juice cup under the juice sp\fut (K).
7. Cut f\f\fd int\f pieces t\f fit the f\f\fd chute.
8. Plug unit int\f an AC \futlet. Press the \fn/\fff (I/0) switch t\f the \fn (I) p\fsiti\fn.  
9. Place f\f\fd in the f\f\fd chute and press lightly with feeder. 
10.  Every time the pulp c\fntainer is alm\fst full, turn the unit \fff (0) and unplug fr\fm \futlet, empty the pulp c\fntainer and clean the cutter/strainer bef\fre y\fu start juicing again.
Caution: The cutter/strainer teeth are very sharp. Handle carefully.
11. When juicing is c\fmpleted, turn the unit \fff (0) and unplug fr\fm \futlet. 
JUICING TIPS
When juicing carr\fts, d\f n\ft \fverfill the f\f\fd chute. Place carr\fts \fne by \fne and use gentle pressure.
Juicing av\fcad\fs \fr bananas will pr\fduce a puree rather than a juice.
When juicing large quantities \ff fruits and vegetables, st\fp and empty the pulp c\fntainer as it begins t\f get full and clean the cutter/strainer bef\fre y\fu start juicing again.
Care and Cleaning
This pr\fduct c\fntains n\f user serviceable parts. \befer service t\f qualified service pers\fnnel.
T\b CLEAN THE UNIT
Always clean all parts after every use t\f pr\fl\fng the life \ff the unit.
1. Turn unit \fff (0) and unplug fr\fm electric \futlet.
2. Disassemble all parts. See HOW TO DISASSEMBLE secti\fn.
3. Wash the feeder, f\f\fd chute, c\fver, cutter/strainer, pulp separat\fr, juice sp\fut, juice cup and pulp c\fntainer in warm sudsy water \fr in the dishwasher (t\fp rack \fnly).
Caution: The cutter/strainer teeth are very sharp. Handle carefully.
4. Wipe the base with a damp cl\fth \fr sp\fnge. Never immerse the unit in water.
Note: Over time, parts may change c\fl\fr (especially fr\fm juicing carr\fts \fr beets).

How to Disassemble
1. T\f unl\fck the l\fcking latches, pull \fpen at the b\ftt\fm \ff each latch t\f disengage fr\fm the gr\f\fve \fn the c\fver (A).
2.  T\f rem\fve the c\fver, take \fut the feeder, grasp the chute and pull up the c\fver (B).
3. T\f rem\fve the pulp separat\fr, grip the juice sp\fut with \fne hand and the back edge \ff the pulp separat\fr with the \fther hand. Pull it up with the cutter/strainer in place (C).
4.  T\f rem\fve the cutter/strainer, h\fld the juice sp\fut with \fne  hand and grasp the cutter/strainer rim with the \fther hand;  pull it \fut (D).
Caution: The cutter/strainer teeth are very sharp. Handle it carefully.
5.  T\f rem\fve the pulp c\fntainer, grasp the sides firmly and slide it \fut.

Importante: Antes de usar por primera vez, desarme el aparato (consulte la sección C\bM\b DESARMAR) y lave todas las piezas según las instrucciones  de limpieza.
ENSAMBLAJE Y FUNCI\bNAMIENT\b
1. C\fl\fque el separad\fr de pulpa s\fbre la base c\fn la b\fquilla  de verter el jug\f \frientada hacia usted (E).
2. Intr\fduzca el c\frtad\fr/c\flad\fr en el centr\f del separad\fr  de pulpa. Presi\fne hasta que encaje en su lugar (F).
3.  Sujete el recipiente para la pulpa y deslice hasta quedar  firme (G).
Importante: No utilice el extractor de jugo sin antes colocar el recipiente para la pulpa en su lugar.
4. C\fl\fque la tapa s\fbre el separad\fr de pulpa c\fn el alimentad\fr en su lugar (H).
5. Para ajustar las aldabas de cierre, presi\fne la tapa, ac\fm\fde las guías superi\fres de las aldabas adentr\f de las ranuras a l\fs c\fstad\fs de la tapa. Presi\fne el inferi\fr de cada aldaba hasta escuchar un clic y enganchar (J).
Importante: El aparato no funciona si las aldabas no están bien cerradas.
6. C\fl\fque el recipiente para el jug\f debaj\f de la b\fquilla de verter (K).
7. C\frte l\fs aliment\fs de manera que pueda ac\fm\fdar l\fs pedaz\fs en el c\fnduct\f. 
8. Enchufe el aparat\f a un t\fmac\frriente alterna. Presi\fne encendid\f (I) en el interrupt\fr de encendid\f/apagad\f (I/0).
  9.  C\fl\fque l\fs aliment\fs en el c\fnduct\f y presi\fne ligeramente c\fn el alimentad\fr.
10. Siempre que el rec\flect\fr de pulpa esté casi llen\f, apague (0) y desc\fnecte el aparat\f, vierta la pulpa del recipiente y limpie el c\frtad\fr/c\flad\fr antes de extraer más jug\f.
Advertencia: Los dientes del cortador/colador son de filo agudo. Maneje esta pieza con cuidado.
11. Cuand\f termine de extraer el jug\f, apague (0) y desc\fnecte el aparat\f del t\fmac\frriente.
C\bNSEJ\bS PARA EXTRAER JUG\b
Cuand\f extraiga el jug\f de zanah\fria, n\f llene demasiad\f el c\fnduct\f. Intr\fduzca las zanah\frias una a la vez y aplique p\fca presión para alimentarlas. 
L\fs aguacates y las bananas resultan desech\fs c\fm\f puré en vez de jug\f.
Cuand\f extraiga el jug\f de frutas \f vegetales en cantidades grandes, apague y desc\fnecte el aparat\f, vierta la pulpa del recipiente y limpie el c\frtad\fr/c\flad\fr antes de extraer más jug\f.
Cuidado y limpieza
El aparat\f n\f c\fntiene piezas reparables p\fr el c\fnsumid\fr. Para servici\f, acuda a pers\fnal de asistencia calificad\f.LIMPIEZA DEL APARAT\bDespués de cada us\f, lave siempre t\fdas las piezas del exract\fr a fin de aumentar la vida útil del aparat\f.1. Para reclamar su Garantía deberá presentar al Centro de Servicio Autorizado la póliza sellada por 
el establecimiento en donde adquirió el producto. Si no la tiene, podrá presentar el comprobante de 
compra original.

cano a su domicilio en donde usted podrá encontrar partes, componentes, consumibles y accesorios.
Procedimiento para hacer válida la garantía
Acuda al Centro de Servicio Autorizado con el producto con la póliza de Garantía sellada o el com-
probante de compra original, ahí se reemplazará cualquier pieza o componente defectuoso sin cargo 
alguno para el usuario final. Esta Garantía incluye los gastos de transportación que se deriven de su 
cumplimiento.
Excepciones
Esta Garantía no será válida cuando el producto:
A)    Se hubiese utilizado en condiciones distintas a las normales.
B)   No hubiese sido operado de acuerdo con el instructivo de uso que le acompaña.
C)   Cuando el producto hubiese sido alterado o reparado por personas no autorizadas por Rayovac de 
México SA de CV.
Nota: Usted podra encontrar partes, componentes, consumibles y accesorios en los centros de 
servicios autorizados. Esta garantía incluyen los gastos de transportación que se deriven de sus

ENCHUFE P\bLARIZAD\b (Solamente para los modelos de 120V)
Este aparat\f cuenta c\fn un enchufe p\flarizad\f (un c\fntact\f es más anch\f 
que el \ftr\f). A fin de reducir el riesg\f de un ch\fque eléctric\f, este enchufe 
encaja en un t\fmac\frriente p\flarizada en un s\fl\f sentid\f.  Si el enchufe 
n\f entra en el t\fmac\frriente, inviértal\f y si aun así n\f encaja, c\fnsulte

T\bRNILL\b DE SEGURIDAD
Advertencia: Este aparato cuenta con un tornillo de seguridad para 
evitar la remoción de la cubierta exterior del mismo. A fin de reducir el

CABLE ÉLECTRIC\b
El cable de este aparat\f fue esc\fgid\f a fin de evitar el riesg\f de enredarse

extensión que se deba emplear, deberá estar calificad\f para nada men\fr

la vida útil del cable, n\f tire de él ni maltrate las uni\fnes del cable c\fn el

1.  Para abrir l\fs aldabas de cierre, tire del inferi\fr de cada una de las aldabas y desenganche de la ranura de la tapa (A).
2. Para quitar la tapa, retire el alimentad\fr, sujete el c\fnduct\f y alce la tapa (B).
3.  Para retirar el separad\fr de pulpa, sujete la b\fquilla de verter el jug\f c\fn una man\f y el b\frde traser\f del separad\fr de pulpa c\fn la \ftra man\f. Levante, manteniend\f el c\frtad\fr/c\flad\fr siempre fij\f en su lugar (C).
4. Para retirar el c\frtad\fr/c\flad\fr, sujete la b\fquilla de verter el jug\f c\fn una man\f y el b\frde del c\frtad\fr/c\flad\fr c\fn la \ftra man\f; alce para retirar (D).
Advertencia: Los dientes del cortador/colador son de filo agudo. Maneje esta pieza con cuidado.
5.  Para retirar el recipiente de la pulpa, sujete l\fs lad\fs firmemente y deslice hacia afuera.
