10 11 perFeCt BroiL™ sYsteM This oven is designed to provide a broil function with the door slightly ajar. You can also select the optimum broiling temperature and slide rack position for each specific food. For best results, preheat oven with door closed at 450º F for at least 8 minutes before broiling. 1. Insert slide rack into position 1 or 3 (see Illustration e on page 7) with slide rack down. 2.
