Blasting Caps and Areas
Power off your mobile device or wireless device when in a  blasting area or in areas posted with power off “two-way radios”  or “electronic devices” notices to avoid interfering with  blasting operations .
Hospitals
Power off your wireless device when requested to do so in hospitals, clinics, or health care facilities . These requests are designed to prevent possible interference with sensitive  medical equipment .
Aircraft
Power off your wireless device whenever you are instructed to do so by airport or airline staff  .
Consult the airline staff about the use of wireless devices on board the aircraft . If your device offers a ‘flight mode’, this must be enabled prior to boarding an aircraft  .
Interference in Cars
Please note that because of possible interference to electronic equipment, some vehicle manufacturers forbid the use of mobile devices in their vehicles unless a hands-free kit with an external antenna is included in the installation .

Warranty
ZTE offers you a limited warranty that the enclosed subscriber unit and its enclosed accessories will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period that expires one year from the date of sale of the Product to you, provided that you are the original end user purchaser of the Product and provided that your purchase was made from a supplier authorized by the Seller . Transfer or resale of a Product will automatically terminate warranty coverage with respect to that Product . This limited warranty is not transferable to any third party, including but not limited to any subsequent purchaser or owner of the Product  . This limited warranty is applicable only to end users in the United States .
1 .   This product or tablet is warranted for 12 (twelve) months from date of purchase .

3 .   This warranty only applies if the product has been used in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions under normal use and with reasonable care .

  a)     Defects or damages resulting from the misuse of this product  .
 b)     Defects or damages from abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to moisture, dampness or corrosive environments, unauthorized modifications, unauthorized repair, neglect, rough handling, abuse, accident, alteration, improper installation, incorrect 
voltage application, food or liquid spoilage, acts of God .
 c)   Normal wear and tear  .
 d)     If the Product has been opened, modified or repaired by anyone other than a warranty service center or if it is repaired using unauthorized spare parts .
 e)     If the serial number or mobile accessory date code has been removed, erased, defaced, altered or are illegible in any way subject to sole judgment of ZTE .
LIMITED WARRANTY
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AGAINST ZTE AND ZTE’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE LIABILITY IN RESPECT OF DEFECTS IN PRODUCT  . HOWEVER, THIS LIMITED WARRANTY SHALL NOT EXCLUDE NOR LIMIT ANY OF YOUR LEGAL (STATUTORY) RIGHTS UNDER THE APPLICABLE NATIONAL LAWS .
