Eachtransportprotectiondeviceconsistsof ascrew,awasherandarubberspacer.After theprotectiondevicehasbeenremoved,the rubberspaceractsasaplugfortheholesfor thedeviceandalsoasadamper. •Firstremovethescrewsandremovethe washers. •Thenremovetherubberspacers. •Finally,therubberspacersshouldbe turnedoverandreplacedinthetransport protectiondeviceholes. B.Freestanding Thewashingmachinecanbepositioned besideorunderadryer. Adjustingthefeet Keepthenoisethatthemachineproducesto aminimumbyadjustingthefeetsothatthe machineissteadyandbalancedonthefloor. Tightenthelocknuts. Drainageconnection Themachineissuppliedwithaconnected drainagehosethatcanbefastenedtoa laundrysinkorsimilar.Theheightmustbe 600-900mmabovefloorlevel. Thelowerposition(600mm)isalways preferable.Ensurethatthedrainagehosehas nokinks. Themachinecanalsobeconnectedtothe drainviaaspigotconnection.Inthiscasethe hoseshouldalsobe600-900mmabovethe floor.Theinternaldiameteroftheholeshould beatleast18mm. •Cutthenipple •Removeburrsfromthehole. Youcanreplaceorturnthecardyourselfto getthelanguagemostappropriateforyou. Toremovethecardfromitsholderinthe detergentcompartment,pressthecardwith yourthumbandpushitsideways(see picture). Thecardwillthenbendslightlyandyoucan easilyremoveit.Tofitthecard,benditslightly inordertoeasilyinsertitintotheholderinthe detergentcompartment. 25 Installation
