Mac Pro Take Apart — Ambient Board 121 Procedure Locate the ambient board on the inside left corner of the top panel, above the optical drive 1. carrier. Disconnect the ambient board cable from the ambient board.2. Using a jeweler’s flat-blade screwdriver, carefully pry the board from the enclosure. 3.
