    1. The SD memory card must be a 32 mm by 24 mm 
    by 2.1 mm. You can also use thinner cards, such as 
    MultiMediaCards (MMC).

    1. Insert customer’s SD card into a known-good 
    system and verify that it functions properly. If the 
    card cannot be read, contact the manufacturer 
    for support options.
    2.  Verify with known-good SD Memory card that 
    issue remains.
    3. Check in the About This Mac window that Mac 
    mini is at least running the original Mac mini (Mid 
    2010) system software 10.6.3 Build # 10D2235 or 
    10.6.4 Build # 10F2025 (click once on the Version 
    to get the build #). Previous versions do not have 
    the driver installed for the SD Reader usage. For 
    reference, the list of versions of system specific 
    install media is available at http://support.apple.
    com/kb/HT1159.
    4.  SDHC cards may require that all latest system 
    software updates have been applied.

    3. Test with a known good wired keyboard or 
    mouse to isolate a failed peripheral issue.

    2.  The caps lock key has a built-in delay to reduce 
    accidental activation and must be held for 
    approximately ½ second for it to be activated.

    3. Inspect the keyboard for signs of liquid spills or 
    other contamination. Apple’s warranty does not 
    cover accidental damage.
    4.  If the keycap is loose attempt to reattach it.
