9 SPECIFIC SAFETY RULES • Accessories must be rated for at least the speed recommended on the tool warning label. Wheels and other accessories running over rated speed can fly apart and cause injury. • Hold tool by insulated gripping surfaces when performing an operation where the cutting tool may contact hidden wiring or its own cord. 10 USE PROPER EXTENSION CORDS Use only three-wire extension cords that have three-prong grounding-type plugs and three-pole receptacles that accept the tool’s plug. Make sure your extension cord is in good condition. Replace or repair damaged or worn cord immediately. When using an extension cord, be sure to use one heavy enough to carry the current your product will draw.
