www.aleratec.com 20 Trouble\fhooting 1. Autoloader not being detected. ▪ Make sure that both the printer and disc autoloader are connected to the computer using the included USB2.0 hub and that they are connected to the correct hub ports.

www.aleratec.com21 Trouble\fhooting 2. Disc is loading, but nothing is getting printed. ▪ There is a problem with your printer installation. Check to make sure that your printer is being detected properly and that you can print from it. Make sure the disc autoloader unit is positioned correctly (see page 3). 3. Epson “CD/DVD tray not set correctly” warning message appears when printing. ▪ This is normal. Please ignore.
