11▲REPARTEE USER GUIDE Changing call transfer options The voice messaging system is set up to transfer calls to your extension just as a receptionist would. When you are unavailable or on another call, the sys- tem takes a message for you. If you will be away for a while, you can turn off call transfer or have your calls transferred to a different phone number. Turn on call transfer before transferring your calls to a different phone number. You can enter up to nine digits for the new phone...
