45 EnglishCleaning and replacing the dust filters Cleaning the dust filters Clean the dust filters after every 1000 hours of use. If they are note cleaned periodically, they can become clogged with dust, preventing proper ventilation. This can cause overheating and damage the projector. Follow these steps: 1 Turn the projector off. Wait for the Power LED to stop flashing then unplug the power cord. 2 Allow the projector at least 30 mins to cool down. 3 Pull out the dust filter. 46 English Replacing the Lamp Use a screwdriver to remove the screw(s) from the cover, and then pull out the lamp. The projector will detect the lamp life. You will be shown a warning message Lamp is approaching the end of its useful life in full power operation. Replacement suggested! When you see this message, change the lamp as soon as possible.
