To install the stand:
1 . Align the neck piece with the bottom of the TV as shown.
2 .  Using a Phillips screwdriver, tighten three (3) of the included 
screws into the center of the neck piece to secure it to the TV.
3 . Align the base with the neck piece and tighten the remaining 
three (3) screws using a Phillips screwdriver as shown.
4 .  When you are finished, place the TV on a stable, level surface.

To mount your TV on a wall, you will need a wall mount. Consult 
the information below to find the appropriate mount for your TV 
model:

Replacing the Batteries
1 . Remove the battery cover.

the (+) and (-) symbols on the batteries match the (+) and
