6 Preparing Your Camera for Use Your digital camera needs 3 AAA batteries in order to operate. Alkaline batteries are re commended. 1 . 7 Installing SD Memory Card Your camera has very limited internal memory enough to take one test photo. An external memory card is required for normal use. Y our camera supports any compatible SD memory card (up to 8GB) .
