    Playing Music
    1.	Press	◄	or	►	to	select	
    Music, then press ENTER. 
    If	there	are	several	folders,	press	▲	or	▼	to	select	
    the desired folder, then press ENTER to view the 
    subfolder content. 
    2.	Press	▲	or	▼	to	select	a	song,	then	press	 ENTER to 
    play.	 An	automatic	playback	begins	from	the	selected	
    song.
    3. During the playback, do the following:
    •	To	pause	the	playback,	press	◄	or	►	to	select	
     
    icon, then press ENTER.	Press	◄	or	►	to	select	
     icon, then press ENTER to resume. 
    •	 To	fast	reverse	the	playback	,	press	◄	or	►	to	select		
     icon, then press ENTER.
    •	 To	fast	forward	the	playback,	press	◄	or	►	to	select	
     icon, then press ENTER.
    •	 To	skip	to	previous	song,	press	◄	or	►	to	select	
     
    icon, then press ENTER.
    •	 To	skip	to	next	song,	press	◄	or	►	to	select	
     
    icon, then press ENTER.
    •	 To	stop	the	playback,	press	◄	or	►	to	select	
     
    icon, then press ENTER.
    •	 To	repeatall	the	playback,	press	◄	or	►	to	select	
     icon, then press ENTER.
    •	 To	songlist	the	playback,	press	◄	or	►	to	select

    Viewing Photos
    1.	Press	◄	or	►	to	select	
    Photo, then press ENTER. 
    If	there	are	several	folders,	press	▲	or	▼	to	select	
    the desired folder, then press ENTER to view the

    2.	Press	▲	or	▼	to	select	a	photo,	then	press	 ENTER to 
    view the photo in full screen.
    •	 Press EXIT to stop the slide show.

    Slideshow Interval Set	the	interval	time	between	each	slide	displays	(3	S	/	5	S	/	10	S	/	30	S	/	 
    1	Min	/	30	Min).
    Slideshow Effect Select	the	transition	effect	between	each	slide	displays	(Random	/	Off	/	  
    Wipe	Right	/	Wipe	Left	/	Wipe	Up	/	Wipe	Down	/	Comb	Side	/	Comb	
    UpDown	/	Checker	/	Mosaic	/	Fade	/	Blind	Right	/	Blind	Left	/	Blind	Up	/	
    Blind	Down	/	Box	In	/	Box	Out	/	Slide	in	Right	/	Slide	in	Left	/	Slide	in	Up	/	
    Slide in Down).
    Slideshow Repeat Enable/Disable	the	slide	show	repeatition	(Off	/	On).
    Slide	Mode Set	the	slide	mode	option	(Order	/	Random).
    Background	Music Enables/Disable	background	music	during	the	slide	show	(On	/	Off).
    Music	Play	Mode Set	music	play	mode	option	(Order	/	Random	/	Play	One).
    Music	Play	Repeat Enable/Disable	the	music	playback	repeatition	(Off	/	On).
    Music	 Auto	Play Enable/Disable	the	automatic	music	playback	(Off	/	On).

    Adjusting On-Screen Display (OSD) Settings
    1. Press MENU to display the OSD main menu.
    2.	Press	◄	or	►	to	select	the	main	menu,	then	press	ENTER to enter the selected menu. 
    3.	Press	▲	or	▼	to	select	the	menu	item,	then	press	◄	or	►		to	adjust	or	select	the	setting.When selecting a menu item with a submenu (
    ►	►),	press	►	or	 ENTER to enter its submenu.
    (“
    ►	►” will only appear when the menu item is highlighted)
    4. Press MENU to return to the previous menu or press  EXIT to exit the menu.
    Picture Menu
    Menu item Description
    Picture Mode Apply	a	preset	picture	mode	optimized	for	
    different	viewing	conditions	(Power	Saving	/
    Standard	/	Vivid	/	Soft	/	User).
    j If Picture Mode is set to  User, you can 
    adjust	the	following	settings:
    •  Brightness:	 Adjust	the	brightness	setting.
    •  Contrast:	 Adjust	the	difference	between	the	
    light and dark levels in the picture.
    •  Color:	 Adjust	the	color	detail	of	images.
    •  Tint:	 Adjust	the	picture	hue.
    •  Sharpness:	 Adjust	peaking	in	detail	of	the	
    picture.
    Color 
    Temperature Apply	a	preset	color	temperature	setting	
    (Normal	/	Warm	/	Cool).
    Advanced 
    Picture Settings Set additional picture settings:
    • 
    Aspect Ratio:	 Adjust	how	the	picture	fills	the	
    screen.(Normal	/	Wide	/	Zoom	/	Cinema)
    •  Noise Reduction: Reduce the noise level.
    •  Dynamic Contrast :	Automatically	adjust	
    picture	detail	and	brightness.	Press	◄	/	►	
    button	to	select(Off	/	On).
    •  HDMI Mode:	Only	available	in	HDMI	input.
    Press	◄	/	►	button	to	select(Video	/	Graphic).

    Sound Menu
    Menu itemDescription
    Sound Settings Apply	a	preset	audio	option	optimized	for	
    different	sounding	conditions	(Standard	/	Music	
    /	Movie	/	Sports	/	User	).
    j If Sound Mode  is set to User,	you	can	adjust	
    the following settings:
    •  Bass :	Adjust	the	bass	level	to	your	
    preference.
    •  Treble:	 Adjust	the	treble	level	to	your	
    preference.
    •  Balance:	 Adjust	the	sound	balance	between	
    the left and right speakers.
    MTS Configures	the	multi-track	sound.	It	is	only	
    available	in	ATV.	Press	◄	/	►	button	to	select	
    (Mono/Stereo/SAP).
    Audio 
    Language Select the language supported by the chosen 
    digital channel. It is only available in DTV. 
    Press	◄	/	►	button	to	select(English	/	French	/	
    Spanish).
    Digital Audio 
    Output Select the type of digital audio output to an 
    external	audio	system	(Off	/	PCM	/	Raw).
    Surround 
    Sound Enables or disables surround sound effect.
    AV L Set the auto volume control.
    Press	◄	/	►	button	to	select(On/Off)
    Time Menu
    Menu itemDescription
    Sleep Timer Allows	selection	of	sleep	timer:	Off	/	
    5min/10min	/15min/	30min	/	60min	/	90min	/	
    120min/180min/240min
    Time Zone Allows	selection	of	regional	 TV	systems	:	
    Eastern	/	Central	/	Mountain	/	Pacific	/	 Alaska	/	
    Hawaii	/Samoa/	Newfoundland	/	 Atlantic.
    Daylight Saving 
    Time When	
    Auto	Clock	set	to	ON,	this	item	is	
    availabel to enable daynight aving option 
    or not.
    j Only	adjustable	under	DTV	channel.  
    Time Format Select your time format. 
    Press◄	/	►button	to	select(12-hour	/	24-hour).
    Auto Clock Use	to	synchronize	the	display	automatically.
    j It is only available in DTV.  
    Press	◄	/	►	button	to	select(On	/	Off)
    Clock Press the OK button to enter the Clock menu. 
    Get date and time from the code stream of DTV, 
    user can’t modify it manually, set null under non 
    DTV channel.

    •  Analog CC: Set Closed Captioning for

    button	to	select(CC1	/	CC2	/	CC3	/	CC4	/	
    TEXT1	/	 TEXT2	/	TEXT3	/	TEXT4).
    •  Digital CC:Set Closed Captioning for digital

    /	Service1	/	Service2	/	Service3	/	Service4	/	
    Service5	/	Service6).
    •  Option:  Adjust	the	digital	Closed	Captioning	
    setting.Press		►	button	to	enter
    .Mode:
    •  Mode:Set the look of digital Closed 
    Captioning.	 Automatic	uses	broadcaster’s	
    style.
    •  Font Style: Select from 8 font styles. Press 
    ◄	/	►	button	to	select(Default	/	Font	0	/	
    Font	1	/	Font	2	/	Font	3	/	Font	4	/	Font	5	/	
    Font	6	/	Font	7).
    •  Font Size: Adjust	the	size	of	the	digital	
    Closed	Captioning	font.	Press◄	/	►	button	
    to	select(Default	/Normal	/	Large	/	Small).
    •	  Font Edge Style:  Adjust	the	edge	of	the	
    digital	Closed	Captioning	box.		Press	◄	/	
    ►	button	to	select(Default	/	None	/	Raised	/	
    Depressed	/	Uniform	/	Left	Shadow	/	Right	
    Shadow).
    •  Font Edge Color:  Adjust	the	color	of	the		
    digital	Closed	Captioning	box.	Press	◄	/	►	
    button	to	select(Default/	Black	/	White	/	Red	
    /	Green	/	Blue	/	 Yellow	/	Magenta	/	Cyan).

    Closed Caption•	FG Color:  Adjust the color of the digital 
    Closed Captioning font. Press ◄ / ► button 
    to select(Default/ Black / White / Red / 
    Green / Blue / Yellow / Magenta / Cyan).
    •	 BG Color: Adjust the color of the digital 
    Closed Captioning font.
    •	 FG Opacity: Adjust the transparency of the 
    digital Closed Captioning font. Press ◄ / ► 
    button to select(Default / Solid / Flashing /
    Translucent).
    •	 BG Opacity: Adjust the digital Closed 
    Captioning background transparency. Press 
    ◄ / ► button to select(Default / Solid / 
    Flashing / Translucent).
    Over Scan Press ◄ / ► button to select(On / Off).
    It is only available to enter 1080i/720p/1080p 
    in DTV/Component/HDMI.Default is On. It fixed 
    set to be On in ATV/AV. It fixed set to be Off in 
    PC/USB.
    Input Labels Create labels for the devices connected to your 
    T V.
    Other Settings Set the parameter of audio only, no signal 
    power off and no operation power off.  
    •	Blue Screen: To select the transition type 
    required while changing from one channel 
    to another.
    •	 Audio Only: 
     Play the audio with the picture 
    turned off. When you turn the Audio Only 
    on and exit the OSD menu, the panel will 
    be dark; and then press any key to exit the

    Restore Default
      Change power on options or reset TV to factory

    Lock Menu
    Menu itemDescription
    Enter Password Enter your 4-digital password. Default password 
    is 0000,and if forget what you set, please call 
    the service center.
    Change 
    Password Allows	to	set	the	password.	Use	the	function,	
    must enter a four-digit
    password. The factory password is 0000.
    Other Settings Set the parameter of audio only, no signal 
    power off and no operation power off.  
    • Blue Screen: To select the transition type 
    required	while	changing	from	one	channel	
    to another.
    •  Audio Only: 
     Play the audio with the picture

    Canada Rating Restrict movie and TV programs by Canadian 
    Ratings.
    Only available when “System Lock” is “on”.
    Press	►	button	to	enter.
    RRT Setting Display an advance V-Chip rating table for 
    digital channels.
    The item is available only When current stream 
    has downloadable rating data.
    Reset RRT Reset the RRT to default.
    The item is available only When current stream 
    has downloadable rating data.

    signal.

    ProblemPossible Solution
    No power •	Make sure the AC power cord is properly connected to the wall 
    outlet.
    •	 Plug another electrical device (like a radio) to the power outlet to 
    verify that the outlet is supplying the proper voltage.
    No picture •	The TV station may be experiencing problems. Try another 
    channel.
    •	 The Cable TV signal may be scrambled or encoded. Please 
    contact your local cable operator.
    •	 Make sure that the cable connection to other components are 
    properly installed.
    •	 Make sure that setup has been done correctly after connections.
    •	 Make sure the correct input is selected and the input signal is 
    compatible.
    Strange color, light color,  
    or color misalignment •	
    Ensure that the video cable is securely connected.
    •	 The picture may appear dim in a brightly lit room.
    •	 Adjust the display settings.
    •	 Check the input signal setting.
    No sound •	Check your audio connections to other components are properly 
    installed.
    •	 The MUTE button may have been pressed, try pressing this 
    button again.
    •	 Check your audio settings, your TV audio may be set to minimum.
    •	 Press VOL + on the remote control.

    ProblemPossible Solution
    Remote control unit does not 
    operate •	
    Make sure the batteries are inserted correctly.
    •	 Batteries could be weak or dead. Replace with new batteries.
    •	 Check	if	there	is	a	fluorescent	light	illuminated	near	the	remote	
    control sensor.
    •	 The path of the remote control beam may be blocked. Make 
    sure the path is clear and that the remote control is aimed at the 
    remote control sensor on the TV.
    •	 Press 
     on the remote control to see if you can turn on the TV.
    •	 Press MENU on the remote control to see if there is an OSD 
    menu shown on the screen.
    •	 Press only one button at a time and it is the correct one for the 
    operation you want to perform.
    Unit cannot be operated •	External	influences	such	as	lightning	or	static	electricity	may	
    cause	improper	operation.	In	this	case,	operate	the	unit	after	first	
    turning on the power of the TV and the AVC System, or unplug 
    the AC cord for 1 to 2 minutes, then replug again.
    Power is cut off suddenly •	Make sure the sleep timer is turned off.
    •	 Make sure the PC or video signal cable is connected properly.
    •	 The internal temperature of the unit has increased. Remove any 
    objects blocking the vent or clean as necessary.
    No CATV reception (or no 
    reception above CH13) •	
    Set the correct Signal Type (Air / Cable) on the Channel menu.
    •	 CATV is connected improperly or not connected; please check all 
    the CATV connections.
    •	 The cable TV service is interrupted; please contact your cable 
    operator.
    •	 Adjust the location of the antenna, place it far from roads or 
    sources of interference.
    Picture is cut off/with sidebar 
    screen •	
    Make sure the video signal cable is connected properly.
    •	 Adjust the Screen Size setting on the Picture menu.
    •	 Press ASPECT repeatedly on the remote control to switch to the 
    display mode you prefer.
