Introduction TEAC CD-RW Installation Guide 1 Introduction The TEAC CD-RW drive can write to CD-R discs at a maximum of 12X speed, re- write to CD-RW discs at 10X speed, and read CD-ROM discs at 32X speed. If jumper pin S4 is closed (that is, if the jumper is seated on both pins), the CD-RW drive is terminated. Be certain to connect pin 1 on the CD-RW drive to pin 1 on the SCSI adapter card. (Pin 1 on the interface cable is usually designated by a color stripe along one edge of the cable.
