1 The TASCAM TU-690 is a 2U rack-mountable AM/FM tuner (60 presets) with a large, clear front- panel display capable of being read across the room. It has 30 FM and 30AM station presets and includes a 10-key pad for direct tuning or preset recall. A sleep timer is provided for automatic shut- down after a pre-programmed length of time. The TU-690 is controllable via the included RC-690 remote control. A 150 to 75 Ohm Adaptor is included. The 10 keypad is handy for dialing station frequencies, or for recalling one of the 60 presets. AM and FM antenna connections are provided on the rear panel, allowing connection of the included antennae, or a larger building-mounted antenna. An I/R remote is included.
