CD-305
TA SCAMs CD-305 is a r ack mountable five disc carouselCD player appropriate for an y of a number of sound applications.  A complete audio output complement on unbalanced RCAs and balanced XLRs, as well as a digital SPDIF coax output pro vide the necessary connections for consumer, professional, and studio equipment.  The carousel pla yer can be used for extended pla y in standard sequential order, random tr ack order , or progr ammed order with a 32 tr ack memory.  A wireless remote is included, and adds a 10 k ey pad for fast track access.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The CD-305s key features are the 5 disc carousel design serving a number of long pla y applications and the SPDIF port, which makes digital tr ansfers easy .
MultipurposeThere are a number of situations where a CD pla yer ma y beused for extended background music and for sound cues.  Witha 5 disc tr ay, the CD-305 is a wonderful choice for offering o ver6 hours of unattended, non-repeating audio pla yback.  Multidisccapacity is also great for holding the v arious discs that individualcues will come from.  For instance, in a school talent show , you ma y ha ve 2 CDs from dancers, 2 more CDs of backing tr acks from singers, and have y et another CD for intro and exit music.The carousel design is the most popular multidisc method due inpart to the fact that it does not require an y additional hardware like magazine pla yers.  Magazine cartridges tend to get lost or stolen o ver time, and can be a real bear to replace.
Public Gathering/Shopping Areas (Clubs, Bars, Shops)In small shops, clubs, restaur ants, and other small gatheringplaces, the CD-305 offers a simple solution to background music that can be changed frequently .  While many of theseplaces will ha ve r adios pla ying, it can be a bit embarr assingwhen your competitors r adio spot plays over y our P A.  Plus, there is little control o ver what is broadcast on the station. 
Usingtotal control o ver the audio to be pla yed.  Plus, it ev en makes changing audio to a specific theme easy .  (It might be hard tofind a radio station pla ying Hanukkah themes, songs with money in the title, or pa ying tribute to a particular artist.)
Mobile Show SystemsThe ability to hold multiple CDs is also useful for automatedshow systems.  Since the CD-305 has IR control, a standardIR sprayer could offer direct access to a much larger selectionof audio tr acks.  In fact, in some cases it could sa ve theperson from buying two or three single tr ay CD pla yers.

PANELS AND REMOTE
The CD pla yer shall be a 5 disc carousel design that can mount in a standard 19 r ack mount form.  Dimensions shall be 19 x 5 1/4 x 15 1/4 (W x H x D).  
Metric measurements: 482x132x387mm.
Analog XLRs and unbalanced RCAs.  Digital output shall be provided in SPDIF coaxial ports.
A lit disc number , track number , play mode, and the tr ack time.
The CD pla yer shallRC -305A wireless remote, which will add a 10 key pad for direct tr ack access.
Play modes shall include standard ropla ying all discs and tr acks incrementally, program pla y mode for creating custom tr ack orders of up to 32 tracks, and shuffle mode for playing tr acks in r andom order .
The CD player shall be a TASCAM CD-305.
