The Tascam 322 is a 3U rack-mountable dual cassette deck equipped with optical leader sensing.  The 
dual decks operate independently or simultaneously and have built in cascade out and transport logic.  
Each cassette well on the 322 provides Dolby B & C with HX Pro Headroom Extension, Auto Music 
Search Function (CPS), RTZ Function, 10% +/- Pitch Control, rear panel unbalanced (RCA) I/O, and 
share a Headphone output w/level control.  The unit is equipped with RS-232 control port and a wired 
remote. 
 
Optional Accessories for the 322 are WE-7000 Cascade Cables and LA-322 Balancing Kit.

PRODUCT OVERVIEW
The two tape decks can operate independently with their own audio I/O or they can work together for dual 
recording of a single master.  Built-in cascade out and transport logic also allows multiple machines to be 
used in duplication rigs or logging set-ups.  The 322 comes equipped with an RS-232 control port for use 
with advanced control systems, and optional slot for the LA-322 Balancing Kit.
