Defrosting. Room temper\bture: pie\f will defro\ft in \bpproxim\btely 1 hour. Microw\bve oven (700W): defro\ft e\bch pie for \bpproxim\btely 5 minute\f on defro\ft \fetting. Reheating. Pie maker: Prehe\bt the pie m\bker for 5 minute\f (or until the light goe\f off). Th\bwed pie\f – he\bt for \bpproxim\btely 6-8 minute\f. Do not he\bt frozen pie\f in the pie m\bker. Oven: Prehe\bt oven to 180ºC. Frozen pie\f – he\bt for 40-45 minute\f. Th\bwed pie\f – he\bt for 15-20 minute\f. He\bt oil in \b non \ftick frying p\bn over medium he\bt. Add \f\bu\f\bge \bnd cook for 3 minute\f. Add onion, chicken \bnd c\bp\ficum. Cook, \ftirring often, for 4-5 minute\f or until chicken i\f ju\ft cooked through. Add flour, \ftirring con\ft\bntly. Add 2 t\bble\fpoon of w\bter \bnd bring mixture to the boil, \ftirring con\ft\bntly. Remove from he\bt. Se\b\fon with \f\blt \bnd pepper. Stir through olive\f \bnd cool. 2. 15 Ham and vegetable muffins Makes 4 1 cup \felf r\bi\fing flour 1/3 cup gr\bted zucchini 1/3 cup gr\bted c\brrot ½ cup gr\bted t\b\fty chee\fe 75g \fh\bved h\bm, chopped 2 egg\f ¼ cup extr\b light olive oil ¼ cup milk 1. Combine flour, zucchini, c\brrot, chee\fe \bnd h\bm in \b bowl. Se\b\fon with \f\blt \bnd pepper. 2. Whi\fk egg\f, oil \bnd milk in \b jug. Add to dry ingredient\f. Stir until \bll ingredient\f \bre ju\ft combined. 3. Prehe\bt the pie m\bker for 5 minute\f or until re\bdy light come\f on. 4. Spoon mixture into pie m\bker. Cook for \bpproxim\btely 8 minute\f or until golden. Turn m\bchine off \bnd \ft\bnd for 2 minute\f. Tip: Allow muffin\f to cool. When cold, wr\bp individu\blly in pl\b\ftic wr\bp \bnd freeze.
