Phantom PS1000 Page 54 13 MAINTENANCE The inherent quality of the solid-state components used in this transceiver will provide many years of continuous use. Taking the following precautions will pre- vent damage to the transceiver. • Keep the microphone connected or the jack covered at all times to prevent corrosion of electrical contacts; • Never key the microphone unless an antenna or suitable dummy load is con- nected to the transceiver. • Ensure that the supply voltage to the transceiver does not...

Sound is not emitted from the internal or ex- ternal speaker.
