41Replacing the Lamp Maintenance BMaintenance Replacing the Lamp The lamp used as a light source is a consumable product. Thus replace this lamp with a new one in the following cases. When the lamp has burnt out or dims “Please replace the Lamp and clean the Filter.” appears on the screen. The LAMP/COVER indicator flashes in red. 42Replacing the Lamp Be careful not to touch the glass surface of the lamp. The power will not turn on if the lamp is not secured properly. 6Restore the lamp cover to the original position and tighten the three screws with the phillips screwdriver.
