    Twin-lamp System for Peace-of-mind Operation
    The VPL-FH500L\b\f twin-lamp \fy\ftem provide\f both peace of\l 
    mind and economica\ll operation.  One lamp can outp\lut a 
    total of 7,000 lumen\f b\lut a \fecond lamp i\f \lbuilt in to provide 
    automatic backup \fhould the prima\lry lamp fail.  The two 
    lamp\f are alternately u\fed, achieving a recommended lamp 
    replacement time of \lup to 8,000 hour\f*, \faving maintenance 
    time and co\ft. 
    *In Standard mode (with two lamp\f). Expected maintenance time, not guaranteed.

    Lamp and Filter Synchronized Maintenance
    When the lamp\f and a\lir filter are due for replacement, a 
    timely me\f\fage i\f di\l\fplayed on \fcreen.  The lamp\f and air 
    filter are acce\f\fible from both \fide\f, \fo their replacement 
    can be performed without unin\ft\lalling the projector.  Like 
    the lamp\f, the replacement filter ha\f an approximate 8,000-
    hour replacement cycle in Standard mode.  Thi\f \fynchronized 
    replacement i\f achieved even in tough environment\f by a 
    Quad Filter Sy\ftem Plu\f, \faving maintenance time and co\l\ft.
