    Quick Reference for Remote Commander
    Note
    The remote control of the unit employs command signals in 
    common with other Sony DVD products.
    Thus, depending on the button, other Sony DVD products may 
    respond.
    AEjects the disc.
    BSwitches the item displayed on the front panel 
    display. 
    CSets the system to turn off at a preset time.
    D./>: Press to go to the next chapter or track 
    or to go back to the previous chapter or track. 
    PRESET –/+: Scan all preset stations. 
    EPlays a disc.
    FDisplays the title menu on the TV screen.
    MP3/JPEG: Selects albums.
    GSelect and execute the items or settings.
    HDisplays the Control Menu display on the TV 
    screen to set or adjust the items.
    ISelect the sound field.
    JBass sound is effectively reinforced. 
    KDisplays the setup display on the TV screen to set 
    or adjust the items.
    LChanges the subtitle.
    MChanges the sound.
    NChanges the angles when playing a DVD.
    OSelect the items of settings. TV: Select channel 
    numbers.*
    PExecutes the items or settings.  
    QPress to store a preset station. Activates the name 
    function.
    RTurns the TV on and off.STurns on and off the power of the system.
    TTurns the SONY TV and the system on and 
    changes the TV’s input source.
    USelects AM or FM band.
    VSelects the component you want to use.
    Wm/M (SCAN): Locate a point while 
    monitoring the picture while playing a disc.
    / SLOW: Play a disc in slow motion in the 
    pause mode.
    TUNING –/+: Scan all available radio stations.
    XStops playing a disc.
    YPauses playing a disc.
    ZMutes the sound. 
    wjDisplays the DVD menu on the TV screen.
    MP3/JPEG: Selects albums.
    wkAdjust the SYSTEM volume. 
    wlPress to return to the previously selected screen, 
    etc.
    e;Select the sound field.
    eaMakes sound clear at low volume. 
    esSelects program or shuffle play mode.
    edDisplays the repeat status.
    efSets the remote to TV mode.
    Normal mode: tuns off.
    TV mode: tuns in red.
    egChanges the input mode of the TV.
    ehSelect the TV Channel.
    ejAdjust the TV volume.
    ekSets the speaker parameter and changes the 
    brightness of the front panel display by two steps.
    elPress to cancel the programmed track, etc.
    r;Switches monaural or stereo of FM stereo 
    reception.
    * Depending on the TV manufacture, the following method 
    also works. Press >10, then the number. (For example, for 
    channel 25, press >10, then 2 and 5.)
