If you experience trouble with the camera, try the following solutions.
1Check the items in “Troubleshooting” in the  
“
α Handbook” (PDF) included on the CD-ROM (supplied).
2Remove the battery pack, wait for about 1 minute, 
re-insert the battery pack, then turn on the power.
3Reset the settings (page 38).
4Consult your Sony dealer or local authorized Sony service
