In true SIM2 style, the D80 projector is synonymous with cutting-edge technology! SIM2’s premier D80 projector features Texas Instruments’ 0,95” 1080p DLP® chipset for a true, uncompressed 1920x1080 HDTV resolution. The new chipset coupled with full 10 bit video processing, SIM2’s ALPHA PATH™ light engine and software, give the D80 projector an extra shine, resulting in a new level of cinematic realism in single chip projection. A combination of SIM2’s new proprietary light engine and the 7-segment color wheel ensures that the D80 delivers a true contrast ratio of >4000:1 and accurate color rendition: reds, greens and blues are rich saturated and vibrant colors for a film-like image. And, on-board video processing prevents the introduction of motion artifacts and jagged edges. Also, the D80 features a wide selection of inputs - including HDMI™ and is compatible with all video and graphic standard. HDMI™ is a purely digital connection that transmits the uncompressed bitstream directly from the source through to the display. The D80 projector is available in either Black Shadow or White Evolution cabinet color. k e y p o i n t s •New 0,95 1080p DLP® chipset by Texas Instruments •1920x1080 pixel HDTV resolution •Optimum contrast (>4000:1) and black level detail •Future-proof input: HDMITM -HDCP •150Wlamp •New 7-segment color wheel •Built-in deitnerlaced and video enhancer •Proprietary SIM2 ALPHA PATH™ light engine
