The projector is calibrated to ISF specification including setting the color temperature for the video standard of 6500˚K. Ansi Lumen specifications : This is the ANSI Lumen specification typically found listed in sales literature. This number is included to allow for direct comparison with other prod-ucts. These measurements may be taken at 9,000 to 13,000˚K to get expected performance as data, professional and industrial displays. Foot-Lamberts: This is the standard used to measure brightness in the typical film-based theater. The Society of Motion Picture and Television Engineers (SMPTE) recommends a screen brightness of 16 foot-Lamberts in a commercial theater. Foot-lamberts account for the projectors brightness, screen size, and screen gain to describe the brightness of a motion picture rather than the brightness of the lamp.*All measurements were made at RUNCO International to ANSI/NAPM IT7.228-1997 specification using the Photo Research PR-650 SpectraColorimeter, Video Essentials test DVD, and a Stewart Filmscreen Studiotek 130 screen. The projector is calibrated to 6500˚K and has a mini-mum of 150 hours of usage.
