22 CARE OF STAINLESS STEEL REVOLVERS Revolvers made of stainless steel are more resistant to corrosion than blued steel revolvers. However, in the interest of proper operation and long life of your revolver, inspect it frequently and clean, lubricate and apply an appropriate rust preventative.
