This chapter explains the operating precautions and maintenance for the projector.
Operating Precautions
• The machine's light uses a mercury vapor lamp that becomes high pressure when it is turned on. The lamp has the following characteristics, so be sure to handle it with care after understandingthe contents. If the lamp explodes and either you are injured from broken pieces of glass, think
you have gotten glass particles or mercury vapour in your eyes, or have inhaled glass...

• Soak the tissue paper that you used in water, and then throw it away as burnable trash.
• When you carry the projector by hand, hold it with both hands and keep it in a horizontal position. If you hold the projector with one hand, its covers may come off or you may drop it.
• If moving the projector under conditions including vibration and shock, use both the packing case and included carrying bag. Transporting the projector using the carrying bag only may damage it
