English 41 English User Settings Picture Color Mode There are factory presets optimized for various types of images. Dynamic: For bright room. PC: For computer or notebook. Movie: For home theater. Game: For games. User: Color mode user adjusted. Wall Color Select an appropriate color for wall projection. White: For white color. Light Yellow: For light yellow color. Light Blue: For light blue color. Pink: For pink color. Dark Green: For dark green color. Brightness Adjust the brightness of the image. Sharpness Adjust the sharpness of the projected image. Press the to make contours to become sharper (up to 31). Press the to make the contours to become softer (minimum value 0). Saturation Adjust a video image from black and white to saturated color. Press the to increase the intensity of the color (up to 100). Press the to decrease the intensity of the color (minimum value 0). Hue Adjust the skin tone. Press the to adjust the color to be greenish (up to 100). Press the to adjust the color to be reddish (minimum value 0). Gamma Adjust the gamma table when the dark areas or bright areas of the image is not clear. 44 English User Settings Position Aspect Ratio Use this function to choose your desired aspect ratio. Auto: The projector displays the image by automatically switching the screen sizes between 4:3 and 16:9. 4:3: Input signal is displayed to full screen. This mode is for 4:3 aspect images. 16:9: Input signal is displayed with 16:9 aspect in the center of the screen. This mode is for 16:9 aspect signals. 16:10: This format is for 16:10 input sources, like wide screen laptop. Phase Adjust to achieve an optimal image when there is a flickering im- age. English 45 English User Settings Digital Zoom Adjust the magnification of the image. Magnification can be set from 1.0x to 2.0x in 0.1 increments. V. Keystone This function is used to adjust keystone distortion of the projected image. Ceiling Mount This function is used to project the image from a ceiling-mounted projector. Front: When setting on a desk/floor and projected from front side of the screen. Front Ceiling: When mounting on the ceiling and projected from front side of the screen. Rear: When setting on a desk/floor and projected from back side of the screen. (Using translucent screen). Rear Ceiling: When mounting on the ceiling and projected from back side of the screen. 46 English User Settings Setting Language The language used in the On-Screen Menu is available in English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, Polish, Korean, Russian, Swedish, Traditional Chinese, Arabic, Norwegian, Turkish, Thai, Czech, Hungarian and Kazakh. VGA Out (Standby) When in standby mode, choose whether to output the signal from “Computer 1 In” to “Monitor Out” terminal. On: Output image signal from “Monitor Out” terminal when the projector is in standby mode. Off: Image signal from “Monitor Out” terminal can not be output when the projector is in standby mode. English 47 English User Settings When you enable the security function for the first time, you need to enter the default password: 1. The default password : pqtupq 2. Use the remote control to enter your password. Security Enter Security Code (6 Digits)Exit Change Password: Change the password. To change the password, do the following: 1. Press “Enter” to enter the Change Password submenu. 2. Enter the current password. Security Enter Security Code (6 Digits) Exit 3. Use the remote control to enter your old password. 4.
