79 Basic Operations3 When the mode dial is set to a (Flash Off), the built-in flash will not pop up even if the K/i button is pressed. Using red-eye reduction flash “Red-eye” is the phenomenon where eyes look reddish in photographs taken in dark environments with a flash.
