To Unload The Firearm 1. Point the firearm in a safe direction. 2. Put the safety mechanism in the “ON” or “SAFE” position. 3. Pull the magazine latch rearward and remove the magazine from the firearm. 4. Pull the operating handle rearward to remove the cartridge remaining in the chamber. Visually check the chamber to make sure it is empty. 5. Holding the magazine separate and apart from the firearm, slide the top cartridge forward and out of the magazine. Repeat until the magazine is completely empty....
