56 KEY LOCK Once you program your scanner, you can protect it from accidental program changes by turning on the key lock feature. When the keypad is locked, the only controls that operate are FUNC, õ/î, SQ, and VOL. You cannot activate the key lock while you are entering a frequency into a channel. 1.
