106 FREQUENCY CONVERSION The tuning location of a station can be expressed in frequency (kHz or MHz) or in wavelength (meters). 108 RESETTING / I NITIALIZING THE S CANNER If the scanner’s display locks up or does not work properly after you connect a power source, you might need to reset or initialize it. !
