Context Sensitive menu
The Context Sensitive menu is Enabled by default. If Enable Context Menu\
 has been checked in the 
Options>Preferences pane, then the menu will be visible.
 
 
The Context Menu has four entries:


SmartControll II - When selected the About Screen is displayed.

Select Preset - Provides a hierarchical menu of saved presets for immedi\
ate use. A check mark shows the currently selected 
preset. Facoty Preset can also be called from the drop down menu.

The task tray menu can be displayed by right-clicking on the SmartContro\
l II icon from the task tray. Left Click will launch 
the application.

The task tray has five entries:


Help - Access to User Manual file: opnes User Manual file using the defa\
ult browser window.

Technical Support - displays the tech support page.

Check for Update - takes the user to PDI Landing and checks the users v\
ersion against the most current available.

A. SmartManage is a remote management/control software for IT managers to m\
anage monitors across the network
SmartControl is a control panel extension, which helps users to adjust m\
onitor performances and settings by a 
software interface, instead of the hardware buttons at the front bezel o\
f the monitors.
Q2. I change the monitor on a PC to a different one and the SmartControl bec\
omes un-usable, what do I do?

Q7. In a monitor with the Smartlmage feature, the sRGB scheme of color temp\
erature function in SmartControl is 
not responding, why? 
 
A. When Smartlmage is enabled, the sRGB scheme is disabled automatically. \
To use sRGB, you need to 
disable Smartlmage with the
