Enjoy the powerful movie theater and hall-like sound available with multiple channel audio 
found on DVDs by connecting an amplifier and speakers. There are two types of connection, 
digital and analog.
Connect an amplifier with Dolby Digital or 
DTS decoders to enjoy surround sound.Connect an amplifier to enjoy high-quality 
stereo sound with sampling frequencies of 
96 kHz.

•  When connecting an amplifier (with an optical 
digital input connector) which does not contain 
the Dolby Digital or dts decoder, be sure to 
select “PCM” at “Dolby Digital” and “PCM” at “dts” 
in the Settings for DVD Operation “Selecting
