Troubleshooting guide
Before requesting service, please perform the 
following steps.
The following do not indicate a problem with this unit:
≥Regular disc rotating sounds.
≥ Image disturbance during search.
∫ Unit does not respond to the remote control 
or front panel buttons.
Press and hold [POWER Í/I] on the main unit for 5 seconds. 
jIf still unable to power the unit off, disconnect the power cord,  wait 1 minute, then reconnect the power...

≥Set the “High Clarity Sound” in the playback menu to “Off” to 
use the VIDEO OUT terminal. ( >35)

≥Confirm that “HDMI Resolution” in the Setup menu are set

≥When progressive output is on, closed captions cannot be 
displayed.
