SYSTEM REQUIREMENT It is recommended to install this software on a PC that meets the following system requirements. OS:Microsoft®Windows®2000 Professional SP4 Microsoft®Windows®XP Professional or Home Edition SP1 Computer:IBM PC/AT CompatibleCPU:Pentium®4 1.4GHz or fasterMemory:512 MB or moreCD-ROM drive:Required for the installation of this soft- ware Hard disk drive:80 MB of available disk space for installa- tion* Monitor: 1024 x 768 pixels or more, 16-bit HIGH color or better Network Interface:10/100Mbps Network interface card must be installed Web Browser:Microsoft®Internet Explorer 6.0 SP1 Other web browsers are not compatible with this software. *: It is necessary to prepare other disk space exclusively as storage for files downloaded from the recorder in addition to the required available disk space for installa- tion. Notes:•When a sound card is not installed, it is impossible to hear audio playback. •This software must be installed or started by the admin- istrator. Otherwise, any problems will not be covered by the warranty.
INSTALLING THIS SOFTWARE Install this software as follows. 1. Insert the provided CD-ROM into the PC disk drive. 2. Double click setup.exe. 3. Follow the installation wizard. Entering the product key (enter 20 alphanumeric char- acters) will be required during the installation. Enter the product key written on the provided label. When the standard installation has been performed, the folder WV-AS60 will appear in C: \Program Files\Panasonic. The executable file as60.exe will be copied in the folder WV-AS60. START THE SOFTWARE Select WV-AS60 from the Start menu (Start - All Programs - Panasonic - Disk Recorder Management Software - WV-AS60). The software window will start. Select WV-AS60 from the Start menu (Start - Programs - Panasonic - Disk Recorder Management Software - WV-AS60). The software window will start. Refer to the operating instructions (PDF) for descriptions of how to operate this software. It is possible to open the operating instructions by selecting WV-AS60 Online Manual (Start - All Programs - Panasonic - Recorder management software - WV- AS60 Online Manual). Adobe ®Reader is required to read the operating instruc- tions (PDF). When the Adobe®Reader is not installed on the PC, download the latest Adobe®Reader from the Adobe web site and install it. 3
UNINSTALLING THIS SOFTWARE (In case of using Windows XP) If required, uninstall this software as follows. 1. Open Add/Remove Programs in Control Panel. 2. Select the application to be uninstalled. The uninstall program will be launched and the wizard will be dis- played. 3. Follow the uninstall wizard. When uninstall is complet- ed, the application will be uninstalled from the PC. It is possible to display live images by selecting a recorder or change regis- tered information of recorders on this tab. yImage display areaImages from the recorder will be displayed in this area. [x1] button:Displays images in the original size.[x2] button:Displays images in double size.[x4] button:Displays images in quadruple size. Note: The electronic zoom operation area will be displayed only when displaying images on a single screen. !1Camera control tabClick this tab to display the camera control panel. Perform the camera operations such as zooming, focus- ing, auto functions, etc. on this panel. Play the recorded images or control the recorder on this panel.
