    Troubleshooting
    Before asking for repairs, check the symptoms with the following table.
    Contact your dealer if a problem cannot be solved even after checking and trying the solution in the 
    table or a problem is not described below.

    Power is not turned on. 
    When using DC power supply
     •  Is 12 V DC power supply connected to 
    the power supply terminal?
        Check whether the connection is 
    appropriately established. 
     •  Is the AC adaptor in use compliant with

    AC adaptor. 
    When using a PoE device for power 
    supply
     •  Are the PoE device and the network 
    connector on the rear of the camera 
    connected using a LAN cable (4-pair)?
        Check whether the connection is 
    appropriately established. 
     •  Depending on the PoE device, the 
    power supply will stop when the 
    demanded power exceeds its total 
    power limit for all PoE ports. 
        Refer to the operating instructions of 
    the PoE device in use. 27 - 28
    The focus cannot be 
    adjusted.
     •  Is the zoom ring turned to the W (or 
    T) end? 
        Adjust the focus again by slightly 
    moving the zoom ring to the direc-
