31 Troubleshooting Before asking for repairs, check the symptoms with the following table. Contact your dealer if a problem cannot be solved even after checking and trying the solution in the table or a problem is not described below. When using DC power supply • Is 12 V DC power supply connected to the power supply terminal? → Check whether the connection is appropriately established. • Is the AC adaptor in use compliant with the Specifications? → Check the Specifications regarding AC adaptor. When using a PoE device for power supply • Are the PoE device and the network connector on the rear of the camera connected using a LAN cable (4-pair)? → Check whether the connection is appropriately established. • Depending on the PoE device, the power supply will stop when the demanded power exceeds its total power limit for all PoE ports. → Refer to the operating instructions of the PoE device in use. 26 - 27 The focus cannot be adjusted. • Is the zoom ring turned to the "W" (or "T") end? → Adjust the focus again by slightly moving the zoom ring to the direc- tion of "T" (or "W"). 18 - 19
