15 This feature allows you to defrost foods such as: meat, poultry and seafood simply by entering the weight. Place food on microwave safe dish. example: to defrost 1\b5 pounds of meat 1\b• Press inverter turbo defrost. \f\b• Set weight of the food, using the Weight Select Dial to 1.5 pounds. 3\b• Press start. Defrosting will start. The time will count down. Larger weight foods will cause a signal midway through defrosting.
