Cutting out a section of a panorama still 
picture
You can cut out and save a section of a panorama still picture you have 
recorded.
1Display the panorama still picture.
2Press the SET button to start scroll playback of the 
panorama still picture.
3Press the SET button to pause at the section you 
wish to cut out.
4Press the   button.≥The cut-out still picture is saved with picture size of 1280 k720. 
≥ The date and time of the recording of the panorama still picture are

Zooming in on a still picture during 
playback (Playback zoom)
You can zoom in on still pictures during playback.
1Move the zoom lever to  side.≥You can zoom in to a maximum of 68 k (6800%). (The 
maximum zoom magnification differs according to the 
size of the still picture.)
≥ The unit zooms in on the central portion of the image.
≥ If the still picture has been recorded using face detection

Changing the playback settings and

Corrects eye color when they appear red in still pictures (red-eye 
phenomenon). When [SAVE AS NEW] is set, the still picture is saved 
with a new image number.
1 Select the still picture to undergo red-eye correction using the thumbnail screen.

correction.

≥ A correction confirmation screen appears. Check the correction 
location, which is surrounded by a red frame, and press the SET
