Limited Warranty Coverage
I f  y o u r  p r o d u c t  d o e s  n o t  w o r k  p r o p e r l y  b e c a u s e  o f  a  d e f e c t  i n  m a t e r i a l s  o r 
workmanship,  Panasonic  Consumer  Electronics  Company  or  Panasonic  Puerto 
Rico,  Inc.  (collectively  referred  to  as  “the  warrantor”)  will,  for  the  length  of  the 
period  indicated  on  the  chart  below,  which  starts  with  the  date  of  original  purchase 
(“warranty period”), at its option either (a) repair your product with new or refurbished 
parts,  or  (b)  replace  it  with  a  new  or  a  refurbished  product.  The  decision  to  repair  or

Before requesting service, make the below checks. If you are in doubt about some of the check points, or if the remedies indicated 
in  the  chart  do  not  solve  the  problem,  refer  to  the  “Customer  Services  Directory”  on  page  22  if  you  reside  in  the  U.S.A.,  or  refer  to 
“Product information” on page 20 if you reside in Canada. 
No power.
No sound.
“OVERLOAD”, “F70”, or “F76” appears on the display.
"FAN LOCK" appears on the display.
Common problemsPages
Ensure the AC power supply cord is connected.
Turn the volume up.Check connections to speakers and other equipment.Select the correct source.
Change  the  DIG  INPUT  setting  to  suit  the  type  of  connection  you  have 
made.Check that the digital signals can be decoded by this unit.Turn PCMFIX or DTS FIX off.
Turn  the  unit  off,  disconnect  the  AC  power  supply  cord,  and  consult  your 
dealer.
