PANASONIC PRODUCT - LIMITED WARRANTY
EXCHANGE PROGRAM
Panasonic Canada Inc. warrants this product to be free from defects in material and 
workmanship under normal use and for a period as stated below from the date of original 
purchase agrees to, at its option either (a) repa ir your product with new or refurbished parts, 
(b) replace it with a new or a refurbished equivalent value product, or (c) refund your purchase 
price. The decision to repair, replace or refund will be made by Panasonic Canada Inc. 
Panasonic HM-TA20/HM-TA2              One (1) year
This warranty is given only to the original purchaser, or  the person for whom it was purchased as a gift, of a 
Panasonic brand product mentioned above sold by an authorized Panasonic dealer in Canada and purchased 
and used in Canada, which product was not sold as is, and which product was delivered to you in new 
condition in the original packaging.  
IN ORDER TO BE ELIGIBLE TO RECE IVE WARRANTY SERVICE HEREUNDER, A 
PURCHASE RECEIPT OR OTHER PROOF OF DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE, 
SHOWING AMOUNT PAID AND PLACE OF PURCHASE
 IS REQUIRED 
LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS
This warranty ONLY COVERS failures due to defects in materials or workmanship, and DOES 
NOT COVER normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage. The warranty ALSO DOES NOT COVER 
damages which occurred in shipment, or failu res which are caused by products not supplied by 
Panasonic Canada Inc., or failures which result from  accidents, misuse, abuse, neglect, mishandling, 
misapplication, alteration, faulty installation, set-up adjustments, misadjustment of consumer 
controls, improper maintenance, improper batte ries, power line surge, lightning damage, 
modification, introduction of sand, humidity or liquids, commercial use such as hotel, office, 
restaurant, or other business or rental use of the product, or service by anyone other than an 
Authorized Servicer, or damage that  is attributable to acts of God.  
Dry cell batteries are also excluded from coverage under this warranty.
Rechargeable batteries are warranted for ninety (90) days from date of original purchase.
THIS EXPRESS, LIMITED WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, 
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF 
MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL 
PANASONIC CANADA INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT OR 
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT OR 
ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY.

∫Carga de la batería
≥Esta unidad tiene una batería de litio recargable incorporada. No 
la retire excepto cuando va a desechar esta unidad.
≥ La batería no se cargará si la unidad está encendida.
1) Sacar el terminal USB
≥ Tenga cuidado ya que el terminal USB saltará.

Deslice la palanca LOCK para la tapa del terminal USB A a fin de liberar 
el bloqueo en la palanca para abrir/cerrar para la tapa del terminal USB B.2Abra la tapa del terminal USB mientras desliza la palanca para abrir/cerrar 
de la tapa del terminal USB B en la dirección indicada por la flecha.3 Presione el pestillo USB   C hasta que salga el terminal USB.

Deslice el pestillo USB A hasta que se abra la tapa del terminal USB.2 Deslice el pestillo USB  A de nuevo hasta que salga el terminal USB.
2) Conecte la terminal USB de esta  unidad a una PC con un cable de 
extensión USB.

≥No utilice ningún otro cable de extensión USB que no sea el suministrado. 
(No se garantiza la operación con otros cables de extensión USB.)
≥Inserte por completo el cable de extensión USB de forma 
segura. (Inserte en la línea  B.) No funcionará 
correctamente si no se inserta por completo.
≥
El indicador de estado parpadeará de color rojo en un 
intervalo de 2 segundos, indicando que comenzó la carga.
≥ Durante la carga, el indicador de estado parpadea. Cuando se finaliza 
la carga, el indicador de estado se apaga.
∫ Insertar/extraer una tarjeta SD
1) Abra la tapa de la tarjeta SD e introduzca (retire) la tarjeta SD en (de) 
la ranura correspondiente  B.
≥ Oriente el lado de la etiqueta  C en la dirección mostrada en la 
ilustración e introdúzcalo hasta el fondo.
≥ Presione el centro de la tarjeta SD y luego retírela completamente.
≥
Abra la puerta de la tarjeta SD luego de liberar el bloqueo con la 
palanca LOCK para la puerta de la tarjeta SD.
2) Cierre de forma segura la tapa de la tarjeta SD.
∫ Encender/apagar la unidadPulse el botón de alimentación para encender la unidad.
≥El monitor LCD  se enciende.
Para apagar la unidadContinúe presionando el botón de encendido hasta que se apague el 
monitor LCD.

 




∫Cómo usar la pantalla táctil
Puede actuar directamente tocando el monitor LCD (pantalla táctil) con 
el dedo. Es más sencillo utilizar el lápiz electrónico (suministrado) para 
operaciones detalladas o bien si es difícil de actuar con los dedos.
∫Selección del modo
1) Toque [MODE].
≥Si no se visualiza [MODE] presione el botón de grabación.
2) Toque el icono.
∫ Selección del idioma
1) Toque   [MENU], luego toque    # [LANGUAGE].
2) Toque el idioma deseado.
∫ Grabar películas
Pulse el botón de grabación para comenzar a grabar.
≥Cuando comienza a grabar,  ; cambia a ¥.
∫ Grabar fotografías
Pulse el botón de grabación.
≥  (rojo) aparece en la pantalla.Toque
Deslice mientras toca
Toque y suelte la pantalla táctil para 
seleccionar un icono o una imagen.Mueva el dedo mientras pulsa la 
pantalla táctil.

Grabación de voces
Pulse el botón de grabación para comenzar a grabar.
≥Cuando comienza a grabar,   (Blanco) cambia a   (Rojo).
∫ Reproducción
1) Toque  [PLAY].
≥La última escena o fotografía grabada 
se reproducirá.
≥
Si las voces a reproducir se grabaron 
con fotografías, se visualiza la 
fotografía. 
Toque  /  en la 
fotografía o deslice la visualización de 
la pantalla de la derecha a la izquierda (de izquierda a derecha) 
mientras la toca
 para reproducir la siguiente (anterior) fotografía.≥ La reproducción finalizará y entrará en modo de pausa para 
grabar cuando se pulse el botón de grabación.
2) Sostenga esta unidad de forma horizontal.
≥La visualización de la pantalla cambia automáticamente a 
horizontal.
≥ Para visualizar el icono de operación, toque la pantalla. 
Desaparecerá cuando no haya operación durante algunos 
segundos.
3) Seleccione la operación de reproducción utilizando el ícono de  operación  A.

/:Ajuste del volumen
/ : Avance rápido/rebobinado (durante la  reproducción)
