Enjoying 3D pictures
Attaching the 3D interchangeable lens (H-FT012: optional) to the camera allows you to 
take 3D pictures for extra impact.
1Attach the 3D interchangeable lens to the camera.
2Bring the subject into the frame and record by pressing the shu tter 
button fully.
•Focusing is not required when recording 3D pictures.
•Still pictures recorded with the 3D interchangeable lens attach ed are saved in MPO 
format (3D).

Connecting the camera to a 3D compatible television and playing back pictures taken in 
3D allows you to enjoy 3D pictures for extra impact.
Connect the unit to a 3D compatible television using the HDMI m icro cable

Optional accessories
•Some optional accessories may not be available in some countrie s.
After attaching the flash (DMW-FL200L, DMW-FL360L, 
DMW-FL580L: optional), the effective range will be increased when 
compared to the camera’s built-in flash.
Preparations:

Turn off the camera and close the built-in flash.

operation and grip when held vertically. Installing a spare battery will 
allow you to record for a longer time.
A battery grip (DMW-BGG1: optional) is supplied with a battery  pack
